01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the jlj22 website accessible at jlj22.net, including all games, software, services, promotions, and content made available therein.
• "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on the jlj22 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered profile created by a Player on the jlj22 Platform, including all associated balances, transaction histories, and preferences.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account by jlj22.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited directly by the Player using a supported payment method (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank).
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating online gaming in the Philippines.
• "PHP" / "₱" refers to the Philippine Peso, the sole currency accepted on the jlj22 Platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required prior to account activation and withdrawal processing.

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the jlj22 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is consistent with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling activities. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration.

jlj22 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification will result in account suspension and the forfeiture of any funds or winnings in the account pending the outcome of the verification review.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The jlj22 Platform is operated under the PAGCOR regulatory framework and is intended for use by players physically located in the Philippines. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law are not permitted to use the jlj22 Platform. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To open a jlj22 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. Required information includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account termination.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active jlj22 account at any time. The opening of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. jlj22 uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals will be forfeited pending investigation.

03 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Security of Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jlj22 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. jlj22 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify jlj22 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all account information remains accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to your registered details must be communicated to jlj22 support promptly. jlj22 reserves the right to suspend account activity pending re-verification where account details appear inconsistent or outdated.

3.3 Non-Transferability

jlj22 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, transfer, or assign your account or any credits, funds, or entitlements within your account to any third party. Any such transfer will render the account immediately subject to suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3.4 KYC Verification

jlj22 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal request. Acceptable KYC documents include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys national ID, driver's licence, UMID), and may additionally require proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. jlj22 targets a KYC review completion time of 24 to 48 hours for complete submissions.

04 Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jlj22 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jlj22 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the Player.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, and are displayed within the jlj22 cashier at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. jlj22 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time without prior notice, subject to compliance with PAGCOR guidelines.

4.3 Deposit Processing

GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to a Player's jlj22 account balance within minutes of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to 1 to 3 banking hours. jlj22 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking system outages.

4.4 Deposit Restrictions

jlj22 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion, including where the deposit raises anti-money laundering (AML) concerns or where the source of funds cannot be adequately verified. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in the Player's own name may be rejected and returned.

05 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals from a jlj22 account are subject to the completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not process withdrawals. Additionally, any active Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be satisfied before Real Money Balance winnings derived from bonus play become eligible for withdrawal.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

jlj22 targets the following withdrawal processing times for fully verified accounts: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals — approximately 30 minutes during business hours; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) — 1 to 24 banking hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

5.3 Withdrawal Method Restrictions

Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. This is an AML compliance requirement. Where this is not practicable, jlj22 may request additional documentation before approving an alternative withdrawal method.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per rolling period. Current limits are displayed within the jlj22 cashier. Players wishing to withdraw amounts in excess of standard limits should contact jlj22 support in advance to arrange processing.

5.5 Declined Withdrawals

jlj22 reserves the right to decline or delay a withdrawal request pending the outcome of an account review, AML investigation, or bonus abuse investigation. In such cases, jlj22 will communicate the reason for the delay to the Player as permissible under applicable law.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by jlj22 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and this Agreement, the individual promotion terms shall prevail for that specific promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in individual promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a jlj22 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they, or any winnings generated from them, may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the applicable promotion terms. Not all jlj22 games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements — contribution rates per game category are published in the relevant bonus terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

jlj22 actively monitors accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, low-risk hedging strategies designed to convert bonus funds to Real Money Balance with minimal game risk, collusion between players, and the use of automated betting software. Where bonus abuse is identified, jlj22 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, remove any winnings derived from the bonus, and permanently suspend the Player's account.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Player's account without compensation. It is the Player's responsibility to monitor bonus expiry dates within their jlj22 account.

07 Gameplay & Fair Use

7.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the jlj22 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems to determine outcomes. Game outcomes are not influenced by jlj22, by any individual Player, or by any external party. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the respective game provider and are independent of jlj22.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game round, jlj22 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return any wagers placed during the affected period. jlj22 will not honour winnings or payouts resulting from demonstrable technical errors or software malfunctions. jlj22's determination in such matters is final.

7.3 Disconnections During Play

jlj22 is not liable for game disconnections caused by the Player's internet connection, device, or browser. Where a disconnection occurs during a live dealer game round, the round will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's disconnection policy. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection when playing for real money on jlj22.

7.4 Prohibited Gameplay Practices

The use of automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, exploit methods, or any other means of gaining an unfair advantage in gameplay is strictly prohibited on jlj22. Any account found to be using such methods will be immediately suspended and all associated winnings forfeited.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlj22 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

1. Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age.
2. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
3. Opening, operating, or using more than one jlj22 account.
4. Using the jlj22 Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that facilitates illegal activity under Philippine law or applicable international law.
5. Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
6. Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the jlj22 Platform.
7. Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors for financial gain.
8. Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward jlj22 staff or other players via any communication channel.
9. Accessing the jlj22 Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law.
10. Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a legitimate deposit transaction with your bank or e-wallet provider.

09 Suspension & Termination

9.1 jlj22's Right to Suspend or Terminate

jlj22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) the Player's account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players; (c) continuation of the account would create a regulatory or legal risk for jlj22; or (d) the Player has engaged in any form of fraud or financial crime.

9.2 Player-Initiated Account Closure

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting jlj22 support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, jlj22 will process any eligible Real Money Balance remaining in the account to the Player's verified withdrawal method. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of a Player's account for cause, all Bonus Funds, pending bonuses, and any winnings derived from bonus play that has not satisfied applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited in full. Real Money Balance deposits may be returned at jlj22's discretion following the conclusion of any investigation, net of any amounts owed to jlj22.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Privacy & Data

jlj22 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering a jlj22 account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the jlj22 Privacy Policy.

jlj22 will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. However, jlj22 may share personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement bodies, and licensed third-party service providers as required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 Platform Availability

jlj22 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may be carried out at any time. jlj22 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

12.2 Exclusion of Indirect Losses

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlj22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the jlj22 Platform, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from Platform downtime or technical malfunction.

12.3 Maximum Liability Cap

jlj22's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Balance deposited by that Player and held in their jlj22 account at the time the relevant claim arises. This cap does not apply to liability arising from fraud or intentional misconduct by jlj22.

12.4 Third-Party Services

jlj22 is not responsible for the performance, availability, or terms of service of third-party payment processors, game providers, or any other third-party services integrated into the Platform. Any issues with third-party services should be raised directly with the relevant provider in addition to being reported to jlj22 support.

13 Disputes & Governing Law

13.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the jlj22 Platform, you agree to first contact jlj22 support at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the matter informally. jlj22 will acknowledge all dispute submissions within 48 hours and will endeavour to resolve disputes within 14 calendar days of receipt of a complete dispute submission.

13.2 Escalation to PAGCOR

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally between you and jlj22, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution procedures. jlj22 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-facilitated mediation or investigation.

13.3 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising from this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process above shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13.4 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by Philippine law, you agree that any dispute with jlj22 will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action.

14 Amendments to Terms

jlj22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication of the updated Agreement on jlj22.net. Where an amendment is material, jlj22 will endeavour to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account at least 7 calendar days before the amendment takes effect.

Your continued use of the jlj22 Platform after an amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to a material amendment, you may close your account prior to the effective date of the change by contacting jlj22 support.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Agreement reflects the date of the most recent revision.
